Terms of Use

1. The game
One question per round. You pick one of two answers and predict what percentage of
players chose your answer. Your vote and prediction lock when you cast them and
cannot be changed. Results stay sealed until the round closes at 9:00 PM Eastern,
when the real split is revealed and the next round opens. You must be 13 or older
to play.
2. Points
Points are scored by one simple rule: **points = 100 − how many percentage points
your prediction was off by** (never below zero). Points and streaks are for play and
standing only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed.
On leaderboards you appear under an automatically assigned alias; Antithesia does not
offer player-chosen display names.
3. Free means free
The complete game — voting, predictions, reveals, points, streaks, history, the
leaderboard, your shade-of-grey profile, and the weekly report — is free. If we ever
charge for anything, it will be for something new added on top, never for a feature
that was free.
4. Fair play
One person, one vote per round. Using multiple devices, browsers, or accounts to
vote more than once, or automating votes or predictions, is not allowed. We may
remove duplicate votes and the points earned from them.
5. The questions
All questions are chosen by us; there are no user-submitted questions and no comments
section. We keep questions in human-nature territory — by design, Antithesia carries
no political questions.
6. Share cards
The site generates sealed and result cards from your own play for you to share.
Sharing a card is your choice; a card shows your prediction and, after the reveal,
the round's aggregate split.
7. Your Opposite
Rules for Your Opposite (eligibility, opt-in consent, reporting and blocking) will be
published before that feature launches. Nothing in this section applies until then,
except this: the feature requires an email address, with no exceptions.
8. The service as-is
We work to keep Antithesia available and accurate, but the service is provided
"as is," without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GRAXION LLC's total liability for any claim
arising from or relating to the service is limited to $50.
